PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.721 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A3, who was arrested on 17.12.2021 for the alleged offence under Sections 379, 341, 353, 506(ii) IPC and Section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 in Crime No.721 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and other accused have illegally loaded one unit of river sand by using Tractor. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. CRL OP(MD). No.20982 of 2021 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) for the respondent police would submit that apart from this case, the petitioner is having five previous cases to their credit. 5.Considering the nature of the offence and also considering the bad antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
