M/S.PRISCILLA JANCY.K.M, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed that the petitioner shall report before the Judicial Magistrate No.5, Madurai, instead of the respondent police station, daily twice at 10.30 am and 5.30 pm for the period of two months in Crl.O.P (MD) No. 9546 of 2023, dated 24.05.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent, police.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), the condition already imposed on the petitioner is hereby fully relaxed.
