PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 herein to grant adequate police protection to the petitioner and all villagers for their full participation in the festival of Arulmighu Sri Ayyanar and Muthumariamman Temple situated in Athangudi Village, Neivayal, Thiruvadanai Taluk, Ramanathapuram District scheduled from 31.05.2016 to 07.06.2016 by permitting them to worship and by paying pullivarai from all without any exclusion.
