This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order dated 12.09.2019 passed in I.A.No.316 of 2019 in O.S. No.223 of 2017 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Pattukkottai. 2/5

2. During the course of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the suit in O.S. No.223 of 2017 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Pattukkottai, was disposed of by a decree and judgment, dated 22.08.2023 and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.

3. The statement of the learned counsel is placed on record.

4. In view of the factual position that the suit itself is already disposed of, in the considered opinion of this Court, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.

5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
