ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner / Accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 22.09.2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c) and 20(b)(ii)(A) of NDPS Act and under Section 77 of Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 in crime No.398 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the nature of allegations that the petitioner was found to be in possession of 100 gms of Ganja and that she got 12 previous cases of which 10 are similar in nature and considering the fact that the occurrence is only on 22/9/2024, it is very early to consider the prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
