ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus, directing the respondents to return the Document Nos.18/2013, 2245/2013, 2127/2013, 2244/2013, 2112/2013, 411/2014, 412/2014, 763/2014 registered by the second respondent.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 20.06.2023, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was 2/4

directed to be listed today under the caption "For Dismissal". Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that this petitioner has registered the documents by undervaluing the properties and therefore, the documents were referred under Section 47 of the Stamp Act. An order has been passed by the Deputy Collector and as against the same, the petitioner has preferred an appeal, which was also disposed of. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.
