This Petition had been filed to quash the case in P.R.C.No.15 of 2019 pending on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Athoor.

2.When the case is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that this Petition had been filed by the Petitioner suppressing the earlier order of dismissal passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13540 of 2022, dated 15.09.2021. On the same averments, the Petitioner had filed this Petition for the second time seeking to quash the case in P.R.C.No.15 of 2019 pending on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Athoor. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor also furnished the copy of the order passed in Crl.O.P. (MD)No.13540 of 2022.

3.Considering the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, since this is a second Petition to quash the P.R.C.No.15 of 2019 pending on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Athoor, this Petition is dismissed.
