O R D E R

This petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking for a direction to the respondent Police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner's husband has borrowed a sum of Rs.2,50,000/- from the third respondent by pledging the RC Book and after the death of the petitioner's husband, the third respondent along with respondent Nos.4 and 5 have been harassing the petitioner to settle the money which was already returned. It is submitted that under the influence of respondent Nos.3 to 5, the respondent Police have been harassing the petitioner, thereby, sought for suitable directions.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on the other hand, submits that, the complaint filed by respondent No.3 has already been disposed of in C.S.R.No.465 of 2022 and subsequently, respondent Nos.3 to 5 have not filed any complaint. However, in respect of the earlier settlement between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents, wherein, the petitioner has agreed to pay the money and respondent Nos.3 to 5 opposed. In respect of 2/4

that, the petitioner has been enquired by the respondent Police. It is submitted that as of now no complaint is pending against the petitioner.

4. In view of the submissions made by both sides and on perusal of records, since no complaint is pending against the petitioner, this petition is disposed of.
