2.It is submitted by the learned counsel that on a complaint given by the petitioner/defacto complainant, a case in Crime No.54 of 2023 has been registered, but the charge sheet has not been filed so far. It is submitted further that in a case registered against the petitioner on a complaint given by the respondent No.3, the police have completed the investigation and filed the charge sheet.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the investigation in this case is pending and within short time, the police will complete the enquiry and file the charge sheet. The same is recorded. 2/4

4.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and on perusal of the records, this Petition is disposed of directing the respondent police to complete the investigation and file the final report as quickly as possible, not later than three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
