This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to remove "Koombu Mike set'' in Christian Bentha Kostho Church in S.F.No.448/8 situated at Thamanampatti, Kamatchipuram, Periyakkottai Village, Oddanchathiram Taluk, Dindigul District. 2.Today (08.02.2023), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the respondents 1 to 3 has ensured that the "Koombu Mike set'' in Christian Bentha Kostho Church located in the above address has been removed. Hence, the relief sought for by the petitioner in this Writ Petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is closed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
