ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition No.1 i.e the petitioner shall execute a own bond for Rs.25,000/- with two sureties, who shall be blood related, each for a like sum, imposed in the bail order in Crl.M.P.No.2382 of 2023 dated 07.07.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police.

3. On a perusal of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court is of the view that the petitioner can very well approach the Court below for the relief sought for instead of approaching this Court.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the lower Court, who himself, modify the condition imposed by the trial Court.
