For Respondent : Mr.K.Sanjai Gandhi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.630 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused Nos.1, 4 and 8, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 342, 323, 324 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.630 of 2021, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that due to previous motive, the petitioners abused the defacto complainant in filthy language, attacked him and threatened him with dire consequences. Thereby, the defacto complainant sustained injuries. Hence, the case was registered against the petitioners.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have been falsely implicated in this case.

CRL OP(MD). No.20999 of 2021 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the earlier application was dismissed by this Court vide order dated 21.12.2021. He would further submit that this is the second anticipatory bail application and there is no change in circumstances and hence, he opposed to grant bail to the petitioner.

5.Considering the nature of the offence and also considering the fact that there is no change in circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 6.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. sd/- 29/12/2021 / TRUE COPY / / /2022 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
