ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the third respondent and his officials not to harass the petitioner and his family members in the guise of enquiry based on the complaint given by the Nandhakumar and Patchaimuthu by considering the petitioner's representation dated 24.09.2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by one Nandha Kumar, CSR No.1146 of 2024 came to be registered and taking note of the fact that there existed money dispute between the parties, the same was closed.
