O R D E R

This petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking for a direction to the respondent Police not to harass the petitioner.

2. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has started an Institution to give training for securing employment. Respondent Nos.4 to 6 stated to have been joined in the Training Institute and after completion of the training, certificates were also given to them. However, respondent Nos.4 to 6 have filed a complaint against the petitioner stating that the petitioner has collected money for providing jobs, but, failed to provide either jobs or return the money, on which, the complaint has been filed and basing on the said complaint, the respondent Police are harassing the petitioner.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on the other hand, submits that, the earlier complaint filed by respondent Nos.4 to 6 was enquired into and closed and there was no substance. Respondent Nos.4 to 6 have again sent one more complaint to the Higher Officers and enquiry is initiated and respondent Nos.4 to 6 have failed to submit any documents against the petitioner and the present petition is still pending. It is reported that within a short time, they will complete the enquiry and close the same. 2/4

Considering the submissions made by both sides and on perusal of records, this criminal original petition is disposed of, directing the respondent Police to complete the enquiry on the complaint given by the unofficial respondents as quickly as possible not later than two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
