This petition is filed by the petitioner / defacto complainant under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking for a direction to the respondent Police to file a final report in Crime No.919 of 2018 pending on the file of the respondent Police registered against the accused for the offence under Sections 379 of I.P.C.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submits that the investigation is in progress and requested time to complete the same.
