O R D E R This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent No. 2 to not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry by considering the petitioner's representation dated 15.09.2023. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that based on the complaint given by one Urumanan, enquiry was conducted. During the course of enquiry, there is an undertaking given by the petitioner to settle the above said issue within three months. Based upon the above said undertaking, it was closed. According to the petitioner it is a case of money transaction between the petitioner and the third respondent. But the third respondent stated in the complaint that the petitioner received a sum of Rs.2 lakhs promise to secure job, but failed to return the above said money and secure the job. 3.

It is seen that the petitioner without complying the above said undertaking, this petition is filed as if harassment has been made. 4.Since the complaint given by the third respondent has been closed, nothing survives for further consideration or direction, since no more harassment is exists at the hands of the second respondent herein.
