The petitioner, with a grievance that his application dated 10.02.2018 submitted for conducting survey and demarcation of land by fixing boundary stones, in Survey No.1224/1, situated at Kookkal - Gundupatti Village, Kodaikkanal Taluk, Dindigul District, has not been considered sofar, has filed this writ petition.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned Special Government Pleader that survey has already been conducted.
