ORDER : The Court made the following order :- 1/3

The petitioner/ Accused apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences under Sections 294(b) and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.255 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant is running a quarry. The petitioner belongs to a political party. The petitioner along with other accused persons used to call the defacto complainant and threatened him by using filthy language and asked for money. Hence the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent, he has been falsely implicated in this case and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the petitioner already moved petitions before the learned Principal District Judge, Theni, in Crl.M.P.No.2835 of 2023 seeking anticipatory bail, which was granted on 16.08.2023. Without complying the conditions of the learned Principal District Judge, the petitioner has moved this Court.

5. It appears that the petitioner has not complied the conditions imposed while granting anticipatory bail by the leanred Principal District Judge, theni. After lapse of time, the petitioner moved this Court by filing another petition. Such sort of practice cannot be accepted. The petitioner has to comply the conditions. He has straight 2/3

away come to this Court, which cannot be entertained.

6. Let appropriate petitions be filed before the concerned Court seeking extension of time. There is no question of second anticipatory bail before this Court.
