This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the Respondent Police to file a Final Report before the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Nagercoil in Cr.No. 1/4

532 of 2021 pending investigation on the file of Respondent Police.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit now Final Report has been filed closing the above said First Information Report as further action dropped on 27.08.2022 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil.

4. Let RCS notice be served upon the petitioner, so that he can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.

5. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
