ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the nomination of the petitioner for 'Dhyan Chand Life Time Achievement Award, 2018' (para sports category) which is scheduled to be held on 25.09.2018 at New Delhi by the respondent.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that while pending the Writ Petition, the petitioner was awarded with 'Dhyan Chand Award - 2020'.

3.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
