(MD)No.2771 of 2010, the present contempt petition has been filed. 2.The petitioner filed the above writ petition seeking to direct the respondents to fix her seniority as per Rule 20(b)(i) of the Tamil Nadu Ministerial Service Rules. Cont.P(MD)No.1743 of 2019 04.06.2019, directed the respondents to issue appropriate orders fixing the seniority of the writ petitioner as per the counter statement within eight weeks. Alleging non compliance of the order, the contempt petition has been filed.
