Mr.K.K.Samy, learned counsel on record for writ petitioner, Mr.M.Lingadurai, learned Special Government Pleader on behalf of respondents 1 and 2 are before this Court. Mr.V.Karuna, learned counsel for the third respondent (private respondent) is before this Court.

2. Learned counsel on record for writ petitioner submits that the captioned main writ petition has become infructuous as the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD).No.9924 of 2016 'Hundiyal' has since been opened. Therefore, captioned writ petition shall be disposed as closed leaving open all questions that have been raised in the captioned writ petition. In other words, it is made clear that this Court has not expressed any view or opinion on merits qua the issues in captioned writ petition in this order.

3. Captioned writ petition is disposed of as closed. Consequently, captioned W.M.P is also disposed of as closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
