This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for a mandamus to the respondent Police o take appropriate action basing on the representation made by the petitioner, dated 06.07.2023 against two persons alleging that they have done fraudulent registration in respect of the properties belonging to the petitioner.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submits that the respondent Police have received the representation by post and that was received as a Current Paper and enquiry is on and they will complete the enquiry within a period of two weeks.

4. Considering the submissions made by both sides and on perusal of documents filed along with this petition, this petition is disposed of, directing the respondent Police to complete the enquiry as quickly as possible not later than two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
