PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to transfer the investigation in Crime No.48 of 2019 on the file of the third respondent to the second respondent. ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking direction to transfer the investigation in Crime No.48 of 2019 on the file of the third respondent to the second respondent.
2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the respondent police registered a case for the offence under Section 'Woman Missing' and during enquiry it is revealed that the daughter of the petitioner married one Subash Chandra Bose on 30.10.2019 and the same was registered on 01.11.2019 before Tellar Sub Registrar, Thiruvannamalai District.
