PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records of the 3rd respondent pertaining to the certificate of marriage under registration No.171 of 205 dated 20.03.2015 and quash the same as illegal and erroneous and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to delete, cancel and remove the same from the marriage records forthwith.

ORDER
The petitioner has filed this writ petition to quash the registration certificate No.171 of 2005 dated 20.03.2015 as illegal and erroneous and to remove the same from the marriage records.
2.The petitioner has made serious allegations that the 4th respondent has abducted her against her wish and married and also registered the marriage. This writ petition was entertained by this Court in the year 2016, notice was also 2/5
ordered to the 4th respondent. The 4th respondent has not disputed the averment made in this writ petitions.
3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents submits that the petitioner and the 4th respondent are living separately and they have also married different persons. 4.Since the 4th respondent has not denied the averments made in this writ petition, this writ petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
