ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 to 4 not to harass the petitioner and interfere in the civil disputes on the basis of false complaints given by the fifth respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the fifth respondent, CSR No.1017 of 2024 came to be registered and after enquiry, the same was ordered to be closed.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
