This writ petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to pay the Employees Provident Fund to the Petitioner in respect of his E.P.F Account No.TN/41475/1.

2. When the was taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the entire E.P.F amount https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.9978 of 2016 is paid and the petitioner has received the amount. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication.
