ORDER

Though this Writ Petition is filed to quash the impugned proceedings, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner restricted the claim of the petitioner that a direction may be issued to the respondent to consider the representation with regard to revocation of suspension in the light of the judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court reported in 2015 (7) SCC 291 (Ajay Kumar Choudary Vs. Union of India, through its Secretary and others) and also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.In view of the above, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.10.2019 and pass orders, in the light of the judgment reported in 2015 (7) SCC 291 (Ajay Kumar Choudary Vs.
