[Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to remove the encroachment made in the common Cart Road, running from North to South between the lands in S.No.51 of Alampatti Village and Villipathri Village of Aruppukksottai Taluk, and restore to the same in its original position.

2. Today, When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the land in dispute belongs to Tamil Nadu Housing Board and the encroachments pointed out by the petitioner have already been removed.

3. The above said submission of the learned Government Pleader is not refuted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
