The prayer sought is for a Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 24.08.2017 and 17.07.2018.
2.The petitioner has sought directions to the authorities not to disturb the free transport of used sand and other building materials from Varadhalakshmi Mills demolished building at Kalprabhu Village to the petitioners construction site situated in Thanakkankulam Village, Madurai District.

4.In the light of the aforesaid, there is a direction to the second respondent / District Collector, Sivagangai District, to consider and dispose the representations of the petitioner dated 24.08.2017 and 17.07.2018, after hearing the petitioner and considering all relevant materials, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.This Writ Petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
