For Respondent : Mr.SS.Madhavan, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C. PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No. 12 of 2013 on the file of the respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 419, 420 and 506(i) IPC and Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, in Crime No.12 of 2013, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners along with other accused cheated the defacto complainant by selling the land, without the knowledge of the defacto complainant using forged power of attorney. Hence the complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in this case.

CRL OP(MD). No.21129 of 2021 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the petitioners had filed a petition in Crl.OP(MD)No.20119 of 2021 with regard to the similar issue and the same is pending. 5.Considering the statement made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that the petitioners had already filed the petition in Crl.OP(MD)No.20119 of 2021 with regard to the similar issue and the same is pending, this Court is not inclined to consider this petition and to grant anticipatory bail. 6.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. sd/- 29/12/2021 / TRUE COPY / / /2022 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
