Criminal Original Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to cancel the anticipatory Bail granted by Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ramanathapuram in Crl.M.P.No.1498/2023 dated 21.03.2023 in Crime No.54/2023 in favour of the respondents 4 to 9.

ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.DEVASENA, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KOTTAICHAMY, Government Advocate(Crl.side) for the Respondents 1 to 3 and MR.M.S.JEYAKARTHIK, Advocate for the Respondents 4 to 9, the court made the following order:- Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondents 1 to 3 Police, if the private respondents commit similar offence in future.
