ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners on 25.09.2023 seeking to call for the records in C.C.No.697 of 2022 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Virudhunagar District and quash the same as against the petitioners.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, submits that the trial Court after conducting the trial, had acquitted the petitioners and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication. He has also produced a copy of the judgment passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Virudhunagar District in C.C.No.697 of 2022, dated 13.12.2023. 3.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
