The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the First Information Report in Crime No.284 of 2023, registered for the offences under Sections 447, 294(b), 341 and 506(i) of IPC and 4 of TN Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002, has been quashed by this Court, by the order dated 20.09.2023.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this matter has become infructuous.
