This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the second respondent herein not to harass the petitioners.

2. Learned Government Advocate submitted that the matter was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Bench. The defacto complainant appeared before the mediation centre twice, but the petitioners did not appear. Enquiry is pending against the petitioners at the CSR stage.

3. Let the enquiry be completed within a period of one week by summoning the petitioner and the private respondents and dispose of the same on its own merits.

4.With this direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. 20.12.2023 NCC :
