PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying this Court to issue a writ, Order or Direction in the nature of a WRIT OF MANDAMUS directing the Respondents to consider the representation given by the petitioner dated 31.07.2022 and subsequent complaints given by the Petitioner to the Respondents 1 & 2 to take action on the complaint on 06.09.2023. O RDER This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for a direction to the respondent police to dispose of the complaint of the petitioner dated 31.07.2022.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the petitioner was directed to submit certain documents, but without submitting such documents, he has approached this Court.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the documents as sought for by the police have already been submitted before the police and even then, the representation is still kept pending. 4.It is to be seen that though the respondent police were expected to dispose of the complaint after registration of the CSR quickly, they have kept the same pending for more than 1 year in this case. In view of the same, the respondent police are directed to dispose of the complaint in CSR.No.698 of 2022 2/4

as quickly as possible, not later than 2 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
