ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A1, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 379 of IPC and Section 21(4) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957, in Crime No.98 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and other accused had illegally transported 1 unit of river sand.

3.Heard. Perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.

4.Considering the fact that the petitioner is all the time and full time involving in plundering mother nature, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
