Government Advocate (Crl. Side) O R D E R This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.1087 of 2022, dated 04.09.2022 pending on the file of the third respondent to the fourth respondent or any other competent authority on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 04.09.2023. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that after completing investigation, final report has been filed before the I Additional District Court, PCR Cases, Thanjavur, through E-filing Spc.S.C.No.527 of 2023, dated 14.08.2023, but the same was not taken on file so far.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), there shall be a direction to the I Additional District Court, PCR Cases, Thanjavur, to process the above said final report within the time stipulated as per Rules. The petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings, if aggrieved against the contents of the final report. The prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

4.Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands dismissed as infructuous with the above said directions.
