PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the Special Court for the Exclusive Trial of SC and ST Act Cases, Theni, to consider the bail application of the petitioners on the same day on merits in Crime No.179 of 2023 on the file of the second respondent Police Station. ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. A.Abdul Kabur, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondents No.1 and 2, this Court made the following order:
