Recording the submission made by the learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents that the petitioner had joined the transferred place at Karaikudi region, pursuant to the impugned transfer order, dated 03.10.2018 and no effective orders can be passed in the present writ petition, which challenges the original https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
