O R D E R

The instant Writ Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to allot the vacant site situate in front of Cycle Parking Stand near to New Bus Stand of Pudukkottai for keeping a bunk shop on rental basis by considering petitioner's representation, dated 16.10.2019.

2. According to the petitioner, she has made a representation, dated 16.10.2019 to the second respondent to allot the vacant site for keeping a bunk shop in her favour and the same is still pending without disposal.

3. It is well settled whenever a representation is made, it cannot be kept in a cold storage. The concerned officials either to accept or reject the same by passing appropriate order.

4. Accordingly, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 16.10.2019 and pass order either accepting or rejecting on merits and in accordance with law, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD) No.23764 of 2019 within a period of Four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

5. With the above directions, the Writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
