ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to give compassionate appointment to the petitioner, for the death of his father late.C.Pandi, who died while in service, in accordance with law, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3.Heard, Mr.S.Malaikani, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.N.Muthu Vijayan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent and Mr.H.Arumugam, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 2 to 4. Perused the materials on record. 2/5

4. Mr.N.Muthu Vijayan, learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the first respondent submitted that the first respondent is unnecessary party to the petition. Hence, on his request, this Court delete the name of first respondent from the cause title. Registry is directed to remove the name of first respondent from the cause title. 5.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 2 to 4 submitted an order, dated 22.09.2022, in which, the representation of the petitioner, dated 27.07.2022 has already been rejected by the petitioners. 6.In view of the above, this writ petition stands closed. However, the petitioner is given with a liberty to challenge the order, dated 27.07.2022. There shall be no order as to costs.
