PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No. 281 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Sole Accused herein, who was arrested on 10.12.2021 for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b), 307 and 506(ii) IPC, in Crime No.281 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that when the petitioner demanded the defacto complainant's husband to repay the chitfund amount, there was a quarrel arose and the petitioner abused him and attacked him with sickle, thereby he sustained injuries. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that investigation is still pending. The injured persons discharged from the hospital. There is no previous case pending against the petitioner.

5.Considering the facts and the circumstances of this case, the injured person in this case has been discharged from the hospital, there is no previous case pending against the petitioner and the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.21082 of 2021 period of incarceration, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions.

6.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail, on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Srivilliputhur and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of thirty days. sd/- 29/12/2021 / TRUE COPY / 29/12/2021 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
