O RDER This petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking for quashment of FIR in Crime No.117 of 2023 registered against the petitioner on the file of the first respondent Police for the offences under Section 420 I.P.C.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that the respondent Police have closed the FIR in Crime No.117 of 2023 as "Action Dropped".

3. Since the very purpose of filing this petition has already been fulfilled on account of closure report, thereby, no purpose remains to continue this petition. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
