For non-compliance of the order of this Court, dated 22.07.2022 made in W.P(MD)No.5482 of 2018, the Contempt Petition is filed.

2. When the Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that as against the order passed by this Court, dated 22.07.2022, in W.P(MD)No.5482 of 2018, the State has preferred a writ appeal in W.A.(MD) No.38 of 2023 and the Division Bench of this Court has also granted an order of interim stay.

3. Recording the said submission, this Contempt Petition is closed.
