When the matter was taken up for hearing today, it was brought to the notice of this Court that as against the order passed in the Writ Petition, Writ Appeal has been filed in W.A.(MD)No.1571 of 2021 and the same was entertained. Notice was also ordered in the said writ appeal to the writ petitioner and the same is pending.

3.In view of the above, it will not appropriate to proceed further in this contempt petition.
