PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to instruct 2nd respondent to disburse the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 24.06.2019.

ORDER
This writ petition is filed to direct the 1st respondent to instruct the 2nd respondent to dispose of the the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 24.06.2019.
2.According to the petitioner, he preferred an appeal dated 24.06.2019, before the 1st respondent seeking to remove the names of the persons from the village administrative records, in which their names have been included in respect of the petition mentioned property and to issue patta for the said property to the petitioner. Though the 1st respondent had forwarded the said appeal dated 24.06.2019 to the 2nd respondent for passing appropriate orders, so far no action has been taken. Hence, the present writ petition.
3.In reply, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's appeal dated 24.06.2019, would be considered on merits and in accordance with https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P.(MD)No.23741 of 2019 law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 4.Having regard to the limited scope of the prayer made by the petitioner and considering the submissions made on either side, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's case, is inclined to pass the following directions:- i) the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's appeal dated 24.06.2019 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order;
ii) the petitioner is directed to enclose a copy of this order along with such appeal;
5.With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
