ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition invoking Article 227 of the Constitution of India, 1950, has been filed challenging the order dated 20.01.2022 made in I.A. No. 01 of 2021 in O.S. No. 329 of 2021 on the file of the III Additional District Court, Trichy, (hereinafter referred to as the 'Trial Court' for short). The parties 1/4
are hereinafter referred to as per their description in the suit in O.S. No. 329 of 2021 before the Trial Court for the sake of clarity and convenience. 2.
Heard Mr. R.Sakthivel, Learned Counsel for the Plaintiffs, Mr. K.S.Kathiravan, Learned Counsel for the Defendant and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties. 3.
The suit in O.S. No. 329 of 2021 has been filed by the Plaintiffs before the Trial Court for recovery of a sum of Rs.29,46,000/- towards the return of sale consideration, in which the agreement of sale which was entered was not satisfied. The application in I.A. No. 1 of 2021 was filed by the Plaintiffs seeking attachment of the said property before Judgment. However, the Defendant has raised various disputes relating to the liability. The Trial Court had dismissed the application vide impugned order dated 20.01.2022. 4.
It is now represented that the suit is ripe for trial. It shall be ensured that there shall be atleast two effective hearing every month showing progress of the case and quarterly reports in that regard shall be sent to the Registrar (Judicial) of the Court till final orders are passed in the case. 2/4

It is fairly accepted by the Learned Counsel for the Defendant that the alienation of the property during the pendency of the suit shall not be made without prior permission of the Trial Court.
In the result, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed on the aforesaid terms. No costs.
