ORDER

The prayer made in this Writ Petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to remove the encroachment made by the fourth respondent in Kalam Poromboke land comprised in Survey No.208/1 situated in Palavanthankattalai Panchayat Muthupillai Mandapam Village, Ammathottam within Kumbakonam Taluk in Thanjavur District which is meant for public use during harvest season and also for agricultural operations throughout the year.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the encroachment made by the fourth respondent had already been removed by the authorities.
