ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 465, 468, 471 of IPC in Crime No.494 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, the petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant, who is the Village Administrative Officer, has lodged a complaint stating that the petitioner has created forged death certificate of one Periyasamy vide bearing No.148 of 2016. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and she has been falsely implicated in the present case. She has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

CRL OP(MD). No.21039 of 2021 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) opposed this petition on the ground that the petitioner, by misusing the signature of former Village Administrative Officer namely Sudharsan, has created the forged death certificate.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the antecedents of the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
